Working From Home?
If you are working from home you still have workers' compensation available if your injure yourself at home and it "arises" out of work. This includes trip and fall injuries, lifting injuries and other injuries that occur while you were "on the clock" for your employer. If you think you may have a "work at home" work injury, please contact us for a free evaluation. We anticipate that employers will be reluctant to accept work at home claims of injury.
